    Even after hearing about their "C" health department rating, I will still probably eat at New China. I absolutely love Chinese buffets & I believe Owensboro could do with a few more.
    They do have a lot of non-Chinese foods on their buffet, but I believe these are great when taking younger or picky children out to eat with you. I love their General Tso's chicken & their noodles. I have had a few experiences when coming in later at night or when they're not very busy that the food has not been very fresh. I don't believe these reasons are excuses for this though, maybe they should start putting smaller trays of fresher food on their buffets instead of letting full pans just sit & sit.
    As far as service goes, I believe it has gotten a little better. In the past, I always felt rushed as I have had waitresses come to my table & literally say, " You pay now." I don't like being interrupted as I'm still eating my dinner & have to stop to pull out my wallet. But, this hasn't happened in a while.
    Even with the few mishaps, I love their food when it is fresh and will continue to eat here, even though I must say I don't come quite as often as I used to. But, you can't beat the prices for all you can eat.

    Ok, I from out of town and I eat this type and cook this type of food.  The fare is varied and tasty.  This is a clean buffet.  My family has been nourished here for many years.  I have been treated to lunch here numerous times.  We enjoy the set up of the buffet.  The diversity is the perfect balance for the Kentucky taste.  The diversity is for this area.
    Just know you will leave full and happy.  This place is packed every time I have visited.  That has been a plus, fresh and vibrant trays of creative dishes. The downside is large.  The people skills are horrible.  The feel is one of extreme stress.  I leave every time feeling so sorry for these people.  They are so unhappy.  i just cannot keep from thinking how better it could be.

    We were on the road wanting a Chinese buffet and read these reviews and decided to give it a try.   It doesn't deserve the 2 star average ratting it has, it's pretty much what you'd expect for a Chinese Buffet.  I posted a picture of their A Rating to dispel any sanitary concerns.

    This buffet isn't the best, but its not horrible either. I got some meat from the grill and it was a little too chewy. The food from the buffet is pretty decent, not the best variety in my opinion.

    We went today after church.  It has been years since we had been.  We will NOT go back!  Very disappointed!  One of the chicken dishes was super tough and pretty much impossible to chew.  
    I normally enjoy Chinese food and always go back for seconds.  That wasn't the case today!
